The Issue Tracking System is a tool for managing changes and reporting issues in the operations environment of the company from inception to completion.

This tool is a formal, standardized methodology that push our team forward towards being transparent with our work, preventing incidents, and continuously taking corrective/preventive actions.

Reported issues are processed by Aerialoop Safety Manager, who is in charge of conducting root cause analysis, and directing a solution with the respective department.

As a safety-oriented company, we encourage issue reporting to any stakeholder at the supply chain of Aerialoop, including providers, clients and collaborators.
